Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Can I establish credit with you?
You can apply for credit by filling out our Credit Application (PDF – 15KB) and faxing it to your Account Representative. However, if your initial order is under $1000, you must pay for that order either by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), wire transfer or Check in advance.
What are your credit terms?
Our standard credit terms are Net 30.
Does my credit line ever expire?
Yes, if your account has been inactive (have not been invoiced by us in over 12 months), you must re-apply for credit by filling out our Credit Application and faxing it to your Account Representative. /p>
Do you have minimum order requirements?
Yes, our minimum order dollar amount is $100 with some restrictions mentioned as below.
Standard Plastic Knobs
Stock Knobs: sold in box quantity-$50 up charge to break a box
Non-stock Knobs: 1000 minimum to manufacture

Do you have samples?
Yes, we do have some samples available, free of charge.
Do you have a standard price list?
No. Given the thousands of knob and pin combinations we can produce to a customer’s specifications, we cannot offer a standard price list.
What are your lead times?
Lead times vary depending on seasonal workload. Please contact your Sales Representative to discuss your needs.
Do you sell to the general public?
Yes, as long as you meet the minimum order requirements as listed above.
Can I visit your facility?
We do not have a showroom available. However, we are happy to arrange tours for our customers upon request.
What are your business hours?
Our sales office is available Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Time. Our dock hours are 7 A.M. to 3 P.M.
